Welcome to the Boston Synchroswim Club

We are a growing competitive artistic (formerly synchronized swimming) club for kids between 6-18 years of age in the Boston area. Artistic swimming is a hybrid of swimming, gymnastics and dance, where swimmers perform choreographed routines to music. It involves strength, endurance, flexibility, grace and artistry. In 1984, synchronized swimming became an official Olympic event. This sport is governed internationally by FINA. In July 2017, FINA voted to change the name of the sport from synchronized swimming to artistic swimming.

We welcome new members to join us for a trial practice. Kids should be comfortable in deep water. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for swimming, gymnastics, and/or dance is helpful!
